Depending on the set you chose with proper aftercare from start to finish, retention is 4 to 6 weeks.

No consumption of alcohol, coffee, or energy drinks for at least 48 hours before procedure.

No blood thinner medications or antibiotics are allowed before procedure.

If HSV positive, consuming Acyclovir will help with any potential future outbreak. (recommended to start taking 3 days prior to procedure).

Skin must be exfoliated and moisturized at least a week in advance before procedure.

Permanent Makeup does require additional touch ups which are recommended annually. However, depending on the skin type, saturation retention may last longer on other skin types. After the first initial session your PMU should last 2 to 3 years. If the annual touch up is done, the PMU will last much longer. Remember, we are building and implementing pigment into the skin to create a fuller effect, but because of the bodies natural skin cell reproduction, pigment does break down overtime hence why the touch ups are necessary to keep the fresh and bright pigment.
